Gestartet wird dieser über Elektro-Starter. Das Hydrauliksystem verfügt über eine Doppelpumpe mit 3,2cc. Der ME15 hat ein Eigengewicht von ca. 590kg. Er ist ein leistungsstarker, zuverlässiger Minibagger und durch seine geringe Größe eine vielseitig einsetzbare Maschine. Die Bedienung erfolgt über eine Kreuzsteuerung mit 2 Kreuzhebeln für den Baggerarm und den Baggerlöffel sowie 2 Kreuzhebel für Kettenantrieb und Planierschild. Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist eine Schaufel. Dank eines Schneewechsel-Adapters kann diese kann auch umgedreht werden, sodass die Öffnung vorne ist.
