It is intended for use in specialist civil engineering, performing the heaviest open pit works and specialized works in industry. This model is up to any task, as it is equipped with maximum suction power and the largest possible tank volume of 8 m³. The weight distribution of the superstructure is symmetrical, because the suction hose boom is in the central position, which allows the same range of work on both sides.
Air draft: 36,000 m³/h
Negative pressure generated: 34,000 Pa
The blower is made of two groups of centrifugal fans with a working capacity of 220kW
Tank container 8 m³
Hydraulic boom with 7 m suction hose, 170 degree rotation and 250 mm diameter
Rotary compressor with a capacity of 4.5 m3/h, working pressure of 8 bar
Radio control

It is used for industrial cleaning, using a suction excavator it is possible to remove large amounts of materials deposited in silos, tanks and halls.
It is applicable in the following areas:
cleaning tanks and silos from accumulated medium,
cleaning tanks, settling tanks from sludge and sediments,
cleaning of filtration chambers, pumping stations, from accumulated sludge
cleaning open and closed surfaces, e.g. channels, boilers, silos,
industrial equipment and machinery of filtration chambers and separators
The device can be used for sewerage repairs without the risk of damaging underground installations. A traditional excavator can damage them. Sometimes it is necessary to remove the soil manually with shovels. Meanwhile, the excavator sucks the soil from between the pipes and cables, pulling in even large stones without damaging any installations.
Below are more examples of suction excavator applications:
- removal, replacement of filter beds, gravel, sand, activated carbon, catalytic beds, etc.
- disposal of spent chemical catalysts
- removal of accumulated medium from tanks and silos
- cleaning tanks, settling tanks from sludge and sediments
- cleaning of filtration chambers, pumping stations, from accumulated sludge
- cleaning of open and closed surfaces, e.g. channels, silo boilers, industrial equipment.
- removal of railway crushed stone
- excavations in hard-to-reach places
- excavations in places where we have a problem with high density of all installations and the fear of their damage
Suction excavators are able to significantly reduce the time required for removal
all kinds of materials, located in places where it is not possible
the use of other mechanical devices.
