Structure; Platform Type (Two Goose Neck)

It has been produced in welding constructions with gas metal arc welding as "I" crossing from high resistant steel considering overloads proper to capacity and intended usage

Platform Material; - Top middle part of the platform shall be covered by 3/4 mm thick metal sheet pursuant to utiliziation. Steel 8 mm shall be installed onto the sides of the platform ( points where the pallets or wheels are) to provide maximum friction. Excavator Wheel base will be cover with wood.

Loading Ramp; It is a hydraulic system. Ramp movement shall be provided by installation of a covered button. Width of the ramp shall be 800 or 1000 mm.

Axles ; 4 Axle with Turkish Brand BPW Eco Type shall be 140 x 140 mm square cases. And each axle has 12 ton capacity. First axle will be liftable 3 and 4 axle is self steering

Suspension; Turkish Brand air spring suspension

Electrical system ; 2x7 pin sockets – 12/24V, lights accord to standard in SAE rear stop lamps, side marker lamps, brake safety warning lamps and signal light fitted at the rear

Painting ; Before the painting, surface and accessories of chassis are made cleaned and sand blasted

DYO or equivilant brand high build epoxy filter is used for first painting.

DYO or equivilant brand is used for the main painting (3 times ).

The RAL code color selection is made according to customers choice.
