Construction :

Body made of 6mm St-52 sheet metal and front and rear dished ends made

of 6mm ST-52 sheet metal. Internal baffle plates to control sloshing of

contents. Reinforcement U channel over the welding lines.

The tank will have a slope of 4 degrees for easy emptying.

Vacuum pump :

Battioni STAR 60 ITALY (air cooled pump). 4-way valve (for suction-pressure

position) and non-return valve are also initially installed by the pump

manufacturer. Pump geometrical capacity will be 640 m3/h.

Tank fittings :

Primary cut out and secondary cut out to prevent effluents from

entering vacuum pump.

Vacuum and pressure relief valves to control vacuum and pressure.

Vacuum/pressure gauge

4” full bore ball valve for suction, connected to internal stand pipe

4” full bore ball valve for discharge.

Rear door :

full opening rear door with overhead hinges, opened by means of

hydraulic cylinder complete with built in safety system which prevents the

accidental closing of the lifted door.

Closing of the rear door by means of heavy duty adjustable type hand

wheel locking clamps.

Sealing of the rear door is guaranteed by a large dimensioned neoprene

gasket.
